Common Questions

What do you mean by per-member seat costs?

Some vendors may set member limits on plans, or charge you to add additional members. We do not charge for how many members you have.

What does "custom SVG fleet maps" mean?

We photograph your actual apparatus, then build custom overlays of your trucks so they look exactly like your real truck — not a generic (branded) vehicle.

Can we start on Starter and upgrade later?

Absolutely. You can upgrade your plan at any time and your data carries over completely. We won't lock you into a tier that doesn't fit anymore.

How long does onboarding take?

Depending on size, most departments are live within a business week. Larger departments may take longer, or departments who want more data imported or entered for them.

Do you offer discounts for volunteer departments?

What kind of support is included?
